Hello!

Welcome to Wild & Wander Therapy Services. I believe that nobody is immune to the ups and downs that life can bring. The power of having a safe space with a therapist you connect with can make all the difference. My goal as a therapist is to help you find greater self-compassion, healing, hope, and the strength within yourself to find solutions that work for you.

In my own life, I am a wife and a mom to two kids and two cats. In my free time, my favorite activities usually revolve around cooking, crafting, and camping.

At heart, I am a humanistic therapist - seeking to help my clients live more fulfilling lives, heading in the path of their chosen values. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to work through your challenges. I am passionate about working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by wounds from their past. My private practice has been focused on helping people struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, family of origin issues, trauma, and interpersonal relationship troubles. I operate from a strength-based and solution-focused lens while also pulling from an eclectic set of therapy modalities depending on each individual client's needs. Our work together will typically include a good amount of self-reflection, integration of relevant coping skills, resilience building, personal growth, and making commitment to positive changes.

"There will be times when standing alone feels too hard, too scary, and we'll doubt our ability to make our way through the uncertainty. Someone, somewhere, will say 'Don't do it. You don't have what it takes to survive the wilderness.' This is when you reach deep into your wild heart and remind yourself, 'I am the wilderness.'" - Brene Brown
